Under subsection 192(1) of the Municipalities Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Repealed: 2018-63
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Land Registry Forms Regulation - Municipalities Act.
Definition of “Act”
2In this Regulation, “Act” means the Municipalities Act.
Forms
3(1)The notice required under subsection 190.01(3) of the Act shall be in Form 1.
3(2)The certificate of discharge required under subsection 190.022(4) of the Act shall be in Form 2.
Commencement
4This Regulation comes into force on April 2, 2007.
