Under subsection 190.09(1) of the Municipalities Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, makes the following Regulation:

Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Rural Community Services Regulation - Municipalities Act.
Definition of “Act”
2In this Regulation, “Act” means the Municipalities Act. (Loi)
Prescribed services
3A rural community may enact a by-law under subsection 190.079(1) of the Act with respect to any service listed in Schedule A.
Commencement
4This Regulation comes into force on July 15, 2005.
