Electronic Transactions Act

Under section 20 of the Electronic Transactions Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:

Repealed: 2020-33

1This Regulation may be cited as the Exclusion Regulation - Electronic Transactions Act.

2The following Acts are excluded from the application of the Electronic Transactions Act:

(a) Family Income Security Act;

(b) Family Services Act;

(c) Health Services Act;

(d) Intercountry Adoption Act;

(e) New Brunswick Housing Act;

(f) Nursing Homes Act;

(g) Vocational Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons Act.

N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to May 15, 2020.
