Under section 62 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:

Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Bon Accord Elite Seed Potato Centre Fees Regulation - Financial Administration Act.
Definitions
2In this Regulation
“Centre” means the Bon Accord Elite Seed Potato Centre of the Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries.(Centre)

Fees
3(1)The fees for the following products provided by the Centre are:
(a)Nuclear Stock class seed:
 
(i)in vitro, per plantlet..............

(ii)in vivo, per plantlet..............

(b)Pre-Elite class seed, per 34.02 kg (75 lb.) bag..............
