Under subsection 33(1) and paragraph 190.09(1)(f) of the Municipalities Act, the Minister makes the following Regulation:

Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Oath of Office Regulation - Municipalities Act.
Definitions
2The following definitions apply in this Regulation.
“Act” means the Municipalities Act. (Loi)
“Rural Community Administration Regulation” means the Rural Community Administration Regulation - Municipalities Act.(Règlement sur l’administration des communautés rurales)

Forms
3(1)The oath of office required under section 33 of the Act shall be in Form 1.
3(2)The oath of office required under section 7 of the Rural Community Administration Regulation shall be in Form 1 with the necessary modifications.
