Under section 57 of the Education Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, makes the following Regulation:

Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the School Districts and Subdistricts Regulation - Education Act.
School districts
2The Province is divided into school districts as follows:
(a) Anglophone North School District, to be organized in the English language, the boundaries of which are shown on map ASD-North / DSA-Nord in Schedule A;
(b) Anglophone East School District, to be organized in the English language, the boundaries of which are shown on map ASD-East / DSA-Est in Schedule A;
(c) Anglophone South School District, to be organized in the English language, the boundaries of which are shown on map ASD-South / DSA-Sud in Schedule A;
(d) Anglophone West School District, to be organized in the English language, the boundaries of which are shown on map ASD-West / DSA-Ouest in Schedule A;
(e) Francophone nord-est school district, to be organized in the French language, the boundaries of which are shown on map DSF-Nord-Est / FSD-North-East in Schedule A;
(f) Francophone nord-ouest school district, to be organized in the French language, the boundaries of which are shown on map DSF-Nord-Ouest / FSD-North-West in Schedule A;
(g) Francophone sud school district, to be organized in the French language, the boundaries of which are shown on map DSF-Sud / FSD-South in Schedule A.

Subdistricts
3School districts are divided into subdistricts as follows:
(a) Anglophone North School District is divided into seven subdistricts, the boundaries of which are shown on maps ASD-N 1 / DSA-N 1 to ASD-N 7 / DSA-N 7 in Schedule B;
(b) Anglophone East School District is divided into nine subdistricts, the boundaries of which are shown on maps ASD-E 1 / DSA-E 1 to ASD-E 9 / DSA-E 9 in Schedule B;
(c) Anglophone South School District is divided into twelve subdistricts, the boundaries of which are shown on maps ASD-S 1 / DSA-S 1 to ASD-S 12 / DSA-S 12 in Schedule B;
(d) Anglophone West School District is divided into thirteen subdistricts, the boundaries of which are shown on maps ASD-W 1 / DSA-O 1 to ASD-W 13 / DSA-O 13 in Schedule B;
(e) Francophone nord-est school district is divided into nine subdistricts, the boundaries of which are shown on maps DSF-NE 1 / FSD-NE 1 to DSF-NE 9 / FSD-NE 9 in Schedule B;
(f) Francophone nord-ouest school district is divided into eight subdistricts, the boundaries of which are shown on maps DSF-NO 1 / FSD-NW 1 to DSF-NO 8 / FSD-NW 8 in Schedule B;
(g) Francophone sud school district is divided into ten subdistricts, the boundaries of which are shown on maps DSF-S 1 / FSD-S 1 to DSF-S 10 / FSD-S 10 in Schedule B.
