Under section 7 of the Special Payment to Certain Dependent Spouses of Deceased Workers Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Forms Regulation - Special Payment to Certain Dependent Spouses of Deceased Workers Act.
Definitions
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Special Payment to Certain Dependent Spouses of Deceased Workers Act. (Loi)
Forms
3The release required under paragraph 2(1)(c) of the Act shall be in Form 1.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to December 31, 2000.
