An Act to Amend
the Judicature Act
Assented to June 12, 2026
His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1The Judicature Act, chapter J-2 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by adding after section 56.91 the following:
Age of retirement
56.911An adjudicator shall retire on reaching the age of 75 years.
