An Act to Amend the
Opportunities New Brunswick Act
Assented to December 12, 2025
His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Subsection 13(4) of the Opportunities New Brunswick Act, chapter 2 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2015, is repealed and the following is substituted:
13(4)A majority of the members of the Executive Committee constitutes a quorum.
