An Act to Amend the
Service New Brunswick Act
Assented to June 11, 2021
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Section 12 of the Service New Brunswick Act, chapter 44 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2015, is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “for a term of three years” and substituting “for a term not exceeding three years”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “for a term of three years” and substituting “for a term not exceeding three years”.
