An Act to Amend the
Public Service Labour Relations Act
Assented to December 20, 2017
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Section 24 of the French version of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, chapter P-25 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended
(a) in subsection (4) by striking out “dix-neuvième” and substituting “quatre-vingt-dixième”;
(b) in subsection (7) by striking out “dix-neuvième” and substituting “quatre-vingt-dixième”;
(c) in subsection (9) by striking out “dix-neuvième” and substituting “quatre-vingt-dixième”.
