An Act to Amend the
Adult Education and Training Act
Assented to December 16, 2016
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Subsection 3(1) of the French version of the Adult Education and Training Act, chapter 101 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by repealing paragraph c) and substituting the following:
(c) crée et exploite l’établissement appelé New Brunswick College of Craft and Design aux fins de prestation de programmes d’enseignement supérieur non universitaire;
