An Act to Amend the
Official Languages Act
Assented to February 11, 2016
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Section 43 of the French version of the Official Languages Act, chapter O-0.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2002, is amended
(a) in subsection (13) by striking out “à l’administrateur général” and substituting “à l’administrateur général ou à tout autre responsable administratif”;
(b) in subsection (16) by striking out “à l’administrateur général” and substituting “à l’administrateur général ou à tout autre responsable administratif”;
(c) in subsection (17) by striking out “à l’administrateur général” and substituting “à l’administrateur général ou à tout autre responsable administratif”;
(d) in subsection (17.1) by striking out “ou l’administrateur général de l’institution concernée accuse” and substituting “et l’administrateur général ou tout autre responsable administratif accusent”.
