An Act to Repeal the
Farm Machinery Loans Act
Assented to June 5, 2015
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1The Farm Machinery Loans Act, chapter F-6 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed.
2New Brunswick Regulation 83-173 under the Farm Machinery Loans Act is repealed.
