An Act to Repeal the
Farm Improvement Assistance Loans Act
Assented to June 5, 2015
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1The Farm Improvement Assistance Loans Act, chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is repealed.
2New Brunswick Regulation 83-90 under the Farm Improvement Assistance Loans Act is repealed.
