An Act to Amend the
Financial and Consumer Services
Commission Act
Assented to May 21, 2014
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Section 7 of the Financial and Consumer Services Commission Act, chapter 30 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2013, is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (2);
(b) by repealing subsection (3).
2This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on January 1, 2014.
