An Act to Amend
the Vital Statistics Act
Assented to June 21, 2013
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Section 27 of the Vital Statistics Act, chapter V-3 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1979, is amended by adding after subsection (2) the following:
27(2.1)No person by whom a marriage was solemnized shall deliver or mail a completed registration of marriage form under subsection (2) that he or she knows or ought to know contains false or misleading information.
2Schedule A of the Act is amended by striking out
