An Act to Amend the
Queen’s Counsel and Precedence Act
Assented to April 24, 2012
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Section 2 of the Queen’s Counsel and Precedence Act, chapter Q-2 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “Attorney General or Solicitor General of Canada, or” and substituting “Attorney General of Canada or”.
