An Act to Amend the
Loan and Trust Companies Act
Assented to April 24, 2012
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Schedule A of the Loan and Trust Companies Act, chapter L-11.2 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1987, is amended
(a) by adding before
Concilium Trustees Canada Inc., as incorporated by An Act to Incorporate Concilium Trustees Canada Inc.
the following:
Cidel Trust International (Canada) Inc., as continued by An Act to Continue Pierson Management (Canada) Inc., chapter 46 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1989
(b) by striking out
Pierson Management (Canada) Inc., as incorporated under An Act to Incorporate Pierson Management (Canada) Inc., chapter 72 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1984
(c) by striking out
