REGULATION 86-156

Under section 71 of the Registry Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Form of Affidavit Regulation - Registry Act.
2An affidavit of a barrister and solicitor of The Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick under paragraph 46(3)(b.1) of the Registry Act shall be in the following form:
3New Brunswick Regulation 82-24 under the Registry Act is repealed.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to December 31, 1986.
