1Paragraph 47(d) of New Brunswick Regulation 86-98 under the Mining Act is amended by striking out “in Form 22 of the Forms Regulation - Mining Act” and substituting “in a form provided by the Minister”.

2The heading “Bond by insurance company” preceding section 49 of the Regulation is repealed.

3Section 49 of the Regulation is repealed.
