1Section 2.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 83-42 under the Motor Vehicle Act is amended by striking out “subsection 27(1) or (2)” and “section 31, paragraph 32(1)(b),” and substituting “subsection 27(1) or (2.1)” and “paragraph 32(1)(b),”, respectively.
2Section 15 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (4);
(b) by repealing subsection (5);
(c) by repealing subsection (5.1).
Commencement
3This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2026.
