1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 90-10 under the Liquor Control Act is amended by striking out “an in-house brewery licence,”.
2Section 7 of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “, a club licence other than a club licence under section 110 of the Act or an in-house brewery licence” and substituting “or a club licence other than a club licence under section 110 of the Act”.
3Paragraph 10(3)(b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “, a club licence other than a club licence under section 110 of the Act or an in-house brewery licence” and substituting “or a club licence other than a club licence under section 110 of the Act”.
4Section 11 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “, a club licence other than a club licence under section 110 of the Act or an in-house brewery licence” and substituting “or a club licence other than a club licence under section 110 of the Act”.
5This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2026.
