Liquor Control Act

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 89-167 under the Liquor Control Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (f) by striking out “club licence other than a club licence under section 110 of the Act, special facility licence under subsection 99.1(1) or 99.1(7) of the Act or in-house brewery licence” and substituting “club licence other than a club licence under section 110 of the Act or special facility licence under subsection 99.1(1) or (7) of the Act ”;
(b) in paragraph (g)
(i) in subparagraph (i) by striking out “thirty” and substituting “50”;
(ii) in subparagraph (ii) by striking out “thirty” and substituting “50”;
(c) in paragraph (j)
(i) in subparagraph (i) by striking out “twenty-five” and substituting “25”;
(ii) in subparagraph (ii) by striking out “twenty-five” and substituting “25”;
(d) by repealing paragraph (n).
2Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 3(g) to (k) or (n) to (r)” and substituting “any of paragraphs 3(g) to (k) or (p) to (r)”.
3This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2026.
