1Section 1.3 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-265 under the Liquor Control Act is repealed.
2Section 9 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “63(b), (b.1), (c), (d), (g) or (j)” and substituting 63(b), (b.1), (c), (d) or (g)”.
3Subsection 15(1) of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “dudit établissement” and substituting “de cet établissement”.
4Section 23 of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (2) by striking out “dudit établissement” and substituting “de ce dernier”;
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “dudit établissement” and substituting “de ce dernier”.
5Section 24.1 of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “approved by the Minister,”.
6Section 33 of the Regulation is repealed.
7Section 37 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “sections 33 and 36” and substituting “section 36.
8Section 37.03 of the Regulation is repealed.
9Section 37.1 of the Regulation is repealed.
10Section 46 of the Regulation is repealed.
11Section 47 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “a list of the names and residential addresses of the members that is current and is certified as such by the Secretary or by another officer of the club” and substituting “a current list of the names and residential addresses of the directors or officers of the club”.
12Paragraph 55(b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “responsible and composed of prominent local citizens” and substituting “responsible for the event”.
13Section 57 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (b);
(b) by repealing paragraph (c);
(c) in paragraph (e) by striking out “spirits, wine or beer” and substituting “liquor”;
(d) in paragraph (f) by striking out “is provided with the application for the licence” and substituting “is kept at the licensed premises”.
14Subsection 60(1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “spirits, wine or beer” and substituting “liquor”.
15Paragraph 60.2(1)(b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “provisions of Part V of the Canada Shipping Act, chapter S-9 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985” and substituting Canada Shipping Act, 2001 (Canada)”.
16Subsection 62.94(2) of the Regulation is repealed.
17The Regulation is amended by adding after section 62.94 the following:
Return re quantity of wine and beer manufactured
62.941(1)A UVin/UBrew licensee shall, within three days after receiving a written notice from the Minister, deliver to the Minister a return setting out the quantity of wine and beer manufactured at the UVin/UBrew establishment during the period specified in the notice.
62.941(2)A UVin/UBrew licensee who violates or fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence.
18 Subsection 63.01(1) of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “No licensee and no employee or agent of a licensee” and substituting “No special occasion permittee who is authorized to sell liquor, no licensee and no employee or agent of a licensee”.
19This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2026.
