1Schedule B of New Brunswick Regulation 83-130 under the Land Titles Act is amended

(a) in section 1 by striking out “$82 fee” and substituting “$84 fee”;

(b) in section 6 by striking out “a fee of $3 per parcel” and substituting “a fee of $1 per parcel”.

2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2025.
