1New Brunswick Regulation 2014-93 under the Procurement Act is amended by adding after section 162 the following:

Refusing bids

162.1Despite any other provision of this Regulation, a procuring entity may refuse a bid submission in extraordinary circumstances, actual or reasonably foreseeable, relating to international trade, including the imposition of or increase in tariffs, if it is in the public interest to do so.
