REGULATION 2025-43

1Subsection 13(3) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-167 under the Hospital Services Act is amended by striking out “surgeon or a midwife” and substituting “surgeon, a nurse practitioner or a midwife”.
2Section 14 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “surgeon or a midwife” and substituting “surgeon, a nurse practitioner or a midwife”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “surgeon or the attending midwife” and substituting “surgeon, the attending nurse practitioner or the attending midwife”;
(c) in subsection (3) by striking out “surgeon or midwife” wherever it appears and substituting “surgeon, nurse practitioner or midwife”.
3Section 1 of Schedule 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “surgeon or midwife” and substituting “surgeon, nurse practitioner or midwife”.
