1Section 39 of New Brunswick Regulation 2017-12 under the Legal Aid Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) in paragraph (a) by striking out “$58” and “two” and substituting “$120” and “five”, respectively;
(ii) in paragraph (b) by striking out “$70” and “two” and substituting “$135” and “five”, respectively;
(b) in subsection (2) of the English version by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”.
2This Regulation comes into force on October 1, 2025.
