REGULATION 2025-37

Motor Vehicle Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 89-65 under the Motor Vehicle Act is amended by adding the following definition in alphabetical order:
“special permit for forest roads” means a special permit issued or renewed by the Minister of Natural Resources under section 261.1 of the Act for a vehicle or combination of vehicles, with or without load.(autorisation spéciale pour les chemins de forêt)
2The Regulation is amended by adding after section 2 the following:
2.1(1)For the purposes of section 261.1 of the Act, the fee for the issuance or renewal of a special permit for forest roads is $1,101.
2.1(2)The fee referred to in subsection (1) shall be paid before or at the time of issuance or renewal of the special permit for forest roads.
3This Regulation comes into force on October 1, 2025.
