REGULATION 2025-27
under the
Liquor Control Act

1New Brunswick Regulation 84-265 under the Liquor Control Act is amended by adding after section 63.4 the following:
IMPORTATION OF LIQUOR
63.5(1)For the purposes of paragraph 134(4)(b) of the Act, the class consisting of manufacturers of liquor authorized to sell the liquor is prescribed.
63.5(2)For the purposes of paragraph 134(4)(b) of the Act, the following provinces and territories are prescribed:
(a) Ontario;
(b) Quebec;
(c) Nova Scotia;
(d) Manitoba;
(e) British Columbia;
(f) Prince Edward Island;
(g) Saskatchewan;
(h) Alberta; and
(i) Yukon.
Commencement
2This Regulation comes into force on August 1, 2025.
