1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 2013-38 under the Species at Risk Act is amended
(a) in the portion for threatened species
(i) under the heading “Birds” by adding “Storm-Petrel, Leach’s (Hydrobates leucorhous)” in alphabetical order;
(ii) under the heading “Lichens” by adding “Lichen, Scaly Fringe (Heterodermia squamulosa)” in alphabetical order;
(b) in the portion for species of special concern under the heading “Arthropods” by striking out “Snaketail, Pygmy (Omphiogomphus howei)”.
