REGULATION 2025-24
under the
Family Income Security Act
(O.C. 2025-96)
Filed June 27, 2025
1Subsection 8(2) of New Brunswick Regulation 95-61 under the Family Income Security Act is amended by adding after paragraph (m) the following:
(m.1) the Canada disability benefit under the Canada Disability Benefit Act (Canada);
2Schedule A of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule A is substituted.
3Section 1 of this Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2025.
