NEW BRUNSWICK

REGULATION 2025-22

under the

Fire Prevention Act

(O.C. 2025-65)

Filed April 30, 2025

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 82-239 under the Fire Prevention Act is amended by repealing the definition “standards” and substituting the following:

“standards” means (normes)

(a) National Fire Code of Canada 2020, and

(b) National Building Code of Canada 2020.

2This Regulation comes into force on May 1, 2025.
