REGULATION 2025-21

Fire Prevention Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 82-20 under the Fire Prevention Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “National Fire Code of Canada 2015” and substituting “National Fire Code of Canada 2020”;
(b) in paragraph (e) by striking out “2015” and substituting “2020”.
2Section 3 of the Regulation is repealed.
3Section 4 of the Regulation is repealed.
4Section 5 of the Regulation is repealed.
5Section 6 of the Regulation is repealed.
6This Regulation comes into force on May 1, 2025.
