1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 2008-110 under the Gaming Control Act is amended

(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “$1,200,000” and substituting “$3,130,000”;

(b) in paragraph (b) by striking out “$1,000,000” and substituting “$2,000,000”.
