Cost of Credit Disclosure and
Payday Loans Act

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 2017-23 under the Cost of Credit Disclosure and Payday Loans Act is repealed and the following is substituted:

3For the purposes of subsection 37.31(1) of the Act, the total cost of credit advanced under the payday loan shall not exceed the limit on the total cost of borrowing set under paragraph 347.1(2)(a.1) of the Criminal Code (Canada).
