1Section 3 of the French version of New Brunswick Regulation 2024-50 under the Regional Service Delivery Act is amended
(a) in the portion preceding paragraph a) by striking out “l’arrêté” and substituting “le règlement administratif”;
(b) in clause c)(ii)(B) by striking out “arrêtés” and substituting “règlements administratifs”;
(c) in paragraph f) by striking out “arrêtés” and substituting “règlements administratifs”.
2Section 4 of the French version of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph a) by striking out “l’arrêté” and substituting “le règlement administratif”.
