1Section 23 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-104 under the Parks Act is amended by adding after subsection (3) the following:
23(3.001)Despite subsection (3), all residents of the Province are entitled to a 25% reduction in the daily fees for a vehicle entrance permit for a provincial park named in Schedule D, but the reduction does not apply to the daily fees for a bus with a capacity of 26 or more passengers for entry to Fundy Trail Provincial Park.
2The Regulation is amended by adding before section 25 the following:
PROVINCIAL PARK PASS
24.5(1)Despite any other provision of this Regulation, but subject to subsection (2), a provincial park pass entitles its holder
(a) to operate a motor vehicle within any of the following provincial parks in accordance with this Regulation:
(i) Fundy Trail Provincial Park;
(ii) Mactaquac Provincial Park;
(iii) Mount Carleton Provincial Park;
(iv) Murray Beach Provincial Park;
(v) New River Beach Provincial Park; and
(vi) Parlee Beach Provincial Park; and
(b) to enter, alone or with their family, into Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park and Village Historique Acadien Provincial Park.
24.5(2)A provincial park pass does not allow its holder to operate a bus within a provincial park referred to in subparagraphs (1)(a)(i) to (vi).
24.5(3)The fees for a provincial park pass are as follows:
(a) during the period beginning on April 1, 2025, and ending on March 31, 2026, $150 per season;
(b) during the period beginning on April 1, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2027, $162 per season;
(c) during the period beginning on April 1, 2027, and ending on March 31, 2028, $170.10 per season;
(d) during the period beginning on April 1, 2028, and ending on March 31, 2029, $178.61 per season; and
(e) on and after April 1, 2029,  $187.54 per season.
24.5(4)Despite subsection (3), all residents of the Province are entitled to a 25% reduction in the fees referred to in subsection (3).
24.5(5)A provincial park pass expires at midnight on March 31 of each year and is not transferable.
3Subsection 25(4) of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
25(4)The fees for a permit referred to in subsection (3) are as follows:
(a) for the use of moorings,
(i) during the period ending on March 31, 2025,
(A) $57.22 per week,
(B) $104.40 per month, or
(C) $390.15 per season,

4Section 27.3 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
27.3(1)The daily entrance fees for Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park for the different categories of visitors are as follows:
(a) regular rates:
(i) free for children four years of age or under;
(ii) for each child five to 18 years of age,
(A) during the period ending on March 31, 2025, $9.06,
(B) during the period beginning on April 1, 2025, and ending on March 31, 2026, $9.78,
(C) during the period beginning on April 1, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2027, $10.37,
(D) during the period beginning on April 1, 2027, and ending on March 31, 2028, $10.99,
(E) during the period beginning on April 1, 2028, and ending on March 31, 2029, $11.65, and

27.3(2)Despite subsection (1), all residents of the Province shall be entitled to a 25% reduction in regular rates.
5Section 27.4 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
27.4(1)The entrance fees for Village Historique Acadien Provincial Park for the different categories of visitors are as follows:
(a) regular rates:
(i) free for each child four years of age or under;
(ii) for each child five to 18 years of age and each student 19 years of age and over with a valid student card,
(A) during the period ending on March 31, 2025, $14.93,
(B) during the period beginning on April 1, 2025, and ending on March 31, 2026, $15.83,
(C) during the period beginning on April 1, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2027, $16.30,

27.4(2)The entrance fee for the Village Historique Acadien Provincial Park’s educational program, Les enfants du village, including a group photo, is as follows:
