1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 2013-38 under the Species at Risk Act is amended
(a) in the portion for threatened species under the heading “Birds”
(i) by striking out “Nighthawk, Common (Chordeiles minor)”;
(ii) by striking out “Swift, Chimney (Chaetura pelagica)”;
(b) in the portion for species of special concern under the heading “Birds” by adding the following in alphabetical order:
Nighthawk, Common (Chordeiles minor)
Swift, Chimney (Chaetura pelagica)
