REGULATION 2024-70

Child and Youth Well-Being Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2024-5 under the Child and Youth Well-Being Act is amended by repealing the definition “siblings” and substituting the following:
“siblings” means (frères ou sœurs)
(a) two or more children who have the same parent or parents, or
(b) two or more children with a significant relationship with each other who live or have lived together.
2Paragraph 5(1)(c) of the Regulation is repealed.
