1Schedule 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2003-8 under the Protected Natural Areas Act is amended
(a) in the index of plans of Class 2 Protected Natural Areas
(i) by adding after
Schedule II-36.21
Meduxnekeag Valley Protected Natural Area
the following:
Schedule II-36.22
Meto’mqwijuig Mountain Protected Natural Area
(ii) by repealing the following:
Schedule II-51.2
Squaw Cap Mountain Protected Natural Area
(b) by adding the attached Schedule II-36.22 in numerical order;
(c) by repealing Schedule II-51.2.
