1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-89 under the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act is amended
(a) by repealing the definition “Regulation 2012-91”;
(b) by adding the following definition in alphabetical order:
“Regulation 2022-46” means New Brunswick Regulation 2022-46 under the Regional Service Delivery Act. (Règlement 2022-46)
2Section 4 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by repealing “Regulation 2012-91” and substituting “Regulation 2022-46”;
(b) in subsection (2) by repealing “Regulation 2012-91” and substituting “Regulation 2022-46”;
(c) in subsection (3) by repealing “Regulation 2012-91” and substituting “Regulation 2022-46”;
(d) in subsection (4) by repealing “Regulation 2012-91” and substituting “Regulation 2022-46”;
(e) in subsection (5) by repealing “Regulation 2012-91” and substituting “Regulation 2022-46”.
