1Section 5 of New Brunswick Regulation 2000-39 under the Land Titles Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “first name of the individual, followed by the middle name” and substituting “usual first name of the individual, followed by the middle names”;
(b) by repealing subsection (2);
(c) in paragraph (5)(e) of the English version by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”.
