1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 2013-38 under the Species at Risk Act is amended
(a) in the portion for endangered species
(i) under the heading “Arthropods” by striking out “Tiger Beetle, Cobblestone (Cicindela marginipennis)”;
(ii) under the heading “Vascular Plants” by striking out “Aster, Anticosti (Symphyotrichum anticostense)”;
(b) in the portion for threatened species by adding after “Sturgeon, Atlantic (Acipenser oxyrinchus) Maritimes populations” the following:
Lichens
Waterfan, Eastern (Peltigera hydrothyria)
(c) in the portion for species of special concern
(i) under the heading “Arthropods” by adding the following in alphabetical order:
Tiger Beetle, Cobblestone (Cicindela marginipennis)
(ii) by adding after “Lichen, Blue Felt (Degelia plumbea)” the following:
Vascular Plants
Aster, Anticosti (Symphyotrichum anticostense)
