1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-74 under the Probate Court Act is amended by striking out “are as set out in Schedule A” and substituting “are the same as those established for the Court of King’s Bench by New Brunswick Regulation 83-120 under the Judicature Act”.
2Schedule A of the Regulation is repealed.
3This Regulation comes into force on March 1, 2023.
