NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 2022-41
under the
Provincial Offences Procedure Act
(O.C. 2022-186)

Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended
(
a
)
in subsection (1) by adding after paragraph (a.012) the following:
(
a.013
)
an offence under subsection 8(3), 21(2) or 22(1) of the
Cannabis Retailers Licensing Act
;
(
a.014
)
an offence under subsection 10(1), paragraph 10(2)(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e), section 11, paragraph 13(1)(a), (b), (c), (d), (e) or (f), section 14, subsection 15(3) or 18(1) or section 19 or 20 of the
General Regulation
–
Cannabis Retailers Licensing Act
;
(
b
)
in subsection (2) by adding after paragraph (a.21) the following:
(
a.22
)
in respect of prescribed offences specified in paragraph (1)(a.013) or (a.014), peace officers as defined in the
Cannabis Control Act
and inspectors appointed or designated under section 37 of the
Cannabis Retailers Licensing Act
;

Schedule A of the Regulation is amended by adding after the portion for the Cannabis Control Act the following:

This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2022.
