NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 2022-37
under the
Provincial Offences Procedure Act
(O.C. 2022-165)

Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended
(
a
)
in subsection (1) by adding after paragraph (c.1) the following:Â
(

)
an offence under subsection 5(1) or 6(2), section 7 or 8 or paragraph 13(1)(a), (b) or (c) of the
Dog Control Regulation

)
in subsection (2) by adding after paragraph (d.1) the following:

in respect of prescribed offences specified in paragraph (1)(c.2), dog control officers appointed under section 4 of the

Schedule A of the Regulation is amended by adding after the portion for the Liquor Control Act the following:
