1New Brunswick Regulation 2018-11 under the Early Childhood Services Act is amended by adding after section 13 the following: 
Preventative measures against COVID-19
13.1An operator of a licensed facility must be in compliance with the COVID-19 Preventative Measures Regulation under the Public Health Act.
2This Regulation comes into force on November 19, 2021.
