1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 2018-71 under the Local Governance Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) by striking out “the 30th day” and substituting “the 15th day”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “third Friday of the month of January in the year” and substituting “second Friday of the month of December in the year prior to the year”.
